Copenhagen, April 30th — Agrobiomics participated in the New AG International Annual Meeting in Madrid, joining industry leaders, innovators, and commercial experts to discuss the future of biologicals in agriculture and the opportunities driving market growth.

As part of the event, CEO Ananda Scherner joined the panel discussion, “Leadership Insight: What Does It Take to Be Successful When Working with Biologicals in Agriculture?", alongside industry leaders from Afrikelp and Veganic. The discussion explored the factors that enable biological innovations to succeed in the market, from technological differentiation to commercial execution and organizational leadership.
Among the key themes highlighted during the panel were the importance of pairing innovation with strong go-to-market strategies, the critical role of leadership in building talent and company culture, and the need to remain agile as agriculture faces ongoing environmental and geopolitical challenges.

Agrobiomics was also represented by Board Member Arne Pingel, who moderated the panel “Distribution and Market Access in Spain." The discussion provided valuable insights into one of Europe's most established and competitive agricultural markets, emphasizing the importance of selecting the right channel partners, aligning commercial expectations, and ensuring product performance delivers value throughout the supply chain.
For Agrobiomics, events such as the New AG International Annual Meeting provide an important opportunity to engage with industry stakeholders, exchange perspectives, and contribute to the advancement of biological solutions in agriculture. As the sector continues to evolve, collaboration across the value chain will be essential to bringing innovative technologies to market and helping growers address increasing challenges related to drought, salinity, temperature stress, and other abiotic factors.
The event also provided an opportunity to strengthen relationships with existing partners and explore new collaborations that can accelerate the adoption of innovative biosolutions and support a more resilient agricultural future.
